Welcome to
Frontline CANS raters have some NEW REPORTS. We will be training on these in an ongoing basis, but especially in upcoming User Level Meetings. The manuals and instructions for them are right on the web page (just click on the link that says Receive Help Interpreting This Report." It will give you new insights into your caseloads, their progress, and how needs change for your clients through care.
You can now print CANSA Summary and the Take Home Report in SPANISH. It's pretty easy: you can find the "Print in Spanish" option on the My Clients page, and you can also toggle on Spanish right on the page of interest. Note: MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF GOOGLE TRANSLATE ON YOUR BROWSER if it's on. That will untranslate things and lead to a mess! This is a Beta release: If you see any problems please reach out to us via the help box.
Notice we have replaced the "Percent Improving" graph on the dashboard with a new graph called "CANS by Change in Needs." This new graph should be more informative, especially for clinicians who have smaller population sizes, and for which percents were just not meaningful. This graph shows for anyone who you (or your supervisees) scored a most recent CANS on (i.e. this is only for people who already had an initial, and now you are scoring a second, or third, etc.) is that new CANS showing less, the same, or more needs. Let us know what you think!
